Worthington Masters Qualifier at Three Bridges Football Club

Martin Burchell and Neil Smith have made it through to the Regional Final of the Worthington Masters from the qualifying competition held at Three Bridges Football Club on Friday 21st September 2007. Burchell, currently ranked 75 in the PDC order of merit qualified with wins against Roy Oxlade, Mal Terry and Dave Mansell hitting a 180 along the way and a 15 dart check-out. Sussex County player Smith, beat Justin Terry, Dave Critchley, Paul Chesworth and Danny King. The event attracted 28 entries with Terry Harmsworth returning after 18 months out of the game with a 180. Dave Miles hit the night's highest check-out (146) and Ty Coward had a 121 finish. Smith was the night's overall champion as he beat Burchell in the best of three leg final.
